Rare inert WWI Italian Infantry cast iron hand grenade, issued from 1915. It is an example of a "S.I.P.E." grenade which stands for "Societa Italiana Prodotti Esplondenta", Italian Society of Explosive Products.
The overall condition is good enough, it is missing the fuse and cap.
