REFUND POLICY

We abide by the Distance Selling Rules so that you may have confidence to buy without seeing the items. The cooling off period is 14 days from the day that you receive the goods, and you then have a further 14 days to return them to us. You are allowed to change your mind for any reason and are legally entitled to a refund.

The only exception is clothing as we sell it for historic and collecting reasons, not for people to wear, as most of us are bigger than previous generations! If an item has been bought and tried on, we can not give a refund because it is too small for you.

We will refund you within 14 days once we have received the item, and refund the original postage. We are unable to refund the return postage UNLESS the item is faulty.
