Original WW1 Brass & Enamel VTC Sweetheart Lapel Badge, 1914
This original 1914 WW1 brass and enamel sweetheart lapel badge was issued for the Central Association of the Volunteer Training Corps, the wartime equivalent of the Home Guard. It features Minerva's head at the centre with a gilt finish, silver and red enamel, and a crescent moon backing with maker's mark, remaining in beautiful condition for display or wear.
