WW2 German Third Reich Soldiers Black Wound Badge

A WW2 Black Wound badge awarded to German soldiers for once or twice wounded. Hollow reverse, complete with pin and "c" hook. Good overall condition, obvious wear to the front of the swastika and loss of paint finish to the edge of the badge. General service wear visible, but still a good example.

Dr Goebbels wanted injured civilians to receive the award, so from March 1943 all civilians became eligible.
