British Army WW2 East Africa Command formation sign
A good original formation sign patch for the East Africa Command during the Second World War. This Overseas Command covered Kenya, Tanganyika, British Somaliland, Abyssinia and Italian Somaliland. The badge was two crossed pangas (machetes), set in a scarlet circle (originally it was a green background).
The condition is very good. On the reverse it has been neatly stitched.
